Welcome Home specialises in home and garden maintenance for the owners of homes and second homes throughout the French département of Charente-Maritime (17). We also have nine holiday properties available to rent: A luxurious and comfortable holiday villa with sea view and a large enclosed landscaped garden, right next to the sea in Saint Georges de Didonne, two spacious holiday cottages in Saujon, a small town near to the Royan coast, a holiday apartment very close to a sandy beach, within the resort of Royan itself, three holiday gîtes and two studio apartments located in Lorignac, Pons and Mirambeau, all just a half-hour drive from the beaches of Royan, Saint Georges de Didonne and Meschers.
Welcome Home is a family firm run by Christophe and his English wife Claire. We fell in love with this area of France when we came to Royan for a holiday in 1988 ... and settled here permanently three years later. We now live with our children in Saint Georges de Didonne, a pretty little seaside resort close to Royan.
 
We specialise in assisting owners of homes or second homes anywhere within the French département of Charente-Maritime, centred around the towns of Royan, Saintes, Cognac, Mirambeau and Rochefort. Our services include:
