Our fully equipped cottage is ideally situated in the small town of Saujon, just 15 minutes from Royan and the sea. The house has a master double bedroom with ensuite shower room/WC plus two further bedrooms - one double and one twin. There is a generously sized kitchen/dining room with brand new fittings plus a living room, family bathroom and separate WC. The cottage has its own private garden.

Pricing Our prices include: •  Water, electricity, heating (except low season) •  On request at time of booking: travel cot(s), high chair(s) Extras: •  "La taxe de séjour" - a daily tourist tax •  Bed linen, towels: 15 Euros per person per week •  Cleaning after your departure, if required: 80 Euros •  Phone and unlimited broad band internet access, if required: 50 Euros + phone call cost •  Supplement for pets, plus specific cleaning charge. •  Breakage/cleaning deposit (normally returned at end of stay) Special offers (valid all year, except during July/August): •  Stay for longer: 10% off the second week, 20% off the third week. •  Please call us for extra special rates for stays longer than three weeks!

Arrival and departure days for weekly stays are Saturdays The cottage will be available from 5PM on your day of arrival and is to be vacated by 9AM on your date of departure.

How to book
Please check the calendar for availability. Then to make a booking for your chosen date, or for any further details, please call or email us . We will then provisionally reserve your stay and send you a booking form/rental contract which you should return to us within seven days, together with a 30% deposit. The balance is due on arrival (but may be paid earlier or in full at the time of booking if you prefer). We accept payment by cheque in Euros and also in Pounds Sterling if you prefer.
